Booking Policies

  • The 24-Hour Rule: We respect the value of your time and ours. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session to avoid any charges.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% late-adjustment fee.

  • No-Show Policy: To ensure the integrity of our coaching schedule, sessions missed without prior notice or where a learner is absent for the first 15 minutes will be considered a ‘no-show,’ resulting in a forfeited 100% fee.
